We are offering CONTACTLESS DELIVERY of our sausages and condiments. Contact us and let us know what you need - we will deliver right to your door!

Unpasteurized and naturally fermented for four to eight weeks

Cooking at home

  • Defrost

    leave package in cold water for 20-30 min OR leave in fridge overnight

Oven Cooking

  • Preheat oven to 325

  • Place sausages* on parchment lined baking sheet

    *discard wrapping prior to cooking

  • Bake for 15 min

  • Turn up heat to 425 and cook for 5 min or pop on the grill to get some grill marks

  • Enjoy!

Grill Cooking

  • Place defrosted sausages, removed from packaging, on upper bun rack, or on indirect heat

  • Cook slowly for 18-22 min, or until fully cooked

  • Enjoy!
