We are Andrea and Michael Smith, owners of Smithers Sausages.

After meeting in culinary school in Toronto we spent over a decade cooking around Toronto at various restaurants and now we can say that we have taken all of our 15+ years of building our skills and experiences to create this company.

Our goal is to create big, bold flavours in every bite while keeping our products seasonally relevant by using whole, local as possible ingredients and Ontario pork to make every family meal as enjoyable and easy as we can.
